Will COVID-19 affect my shipping date?

The Entergy Arkansas Marketplace is an online store where Entergy Arkansas residential customers can receive instant discounts on many energy-related products. All items on the Entergy Arkansas Marketplace are available to help with your home’s energy efficiency needs.


Who is eligible for rebated products?

Customer Eligibility

To be eligible for incentives, you must be an active residential customer of Entergy Arkansas.

  • Eligibility confirmation is completed by matching the service account number and ZIP Code of the installation address.
  • Visitors to the site who are not Entergy Arkansas residential customers may purchase products at non-discounted prices.


Measure Eligibility

Advanced thermostats purchased on the Marketplace must control an electric central heating and/or cooling system in a home with Wi-Fi to be eligible for an incentive. You will be asked a series of questions when you create an account to determine eligibility.


How are the discounts applied?

The discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Entergy Arkansas will verify eligibility prior to the checkout process.


I am having trouble with the account validation process. What can I do?

Account numbers must be entered exactly as they appear on your Entergy bill, including leading zeroes, and ZIP code entered must match the ZIP code listed on your account. You may contact us by email or by calling 877-817-5939 for assistance.


Are there limits to the number of discounted products I can purchase?

Yes, there are quantity limits for the products listed below. You can purchase additional items beyond the limits listed below, but you will not receive discounts on that part of your order.

What if I add products to my cart that exceed quantity limits listed above?

You can update your cart to reduce the quantity being purchased, removing the items in excess of allowable discounted products from your cart or pay full price for the items that are in excess of allowable quantities.


Can I place multiple orders?

Yes, you can place multiple orders. However, there are limits on the total number of an item you can order at one time, as well as across transactions. Based on your order history, items may not qualify for an incentive during the current transaction.

How do I track my order?

Can I change the shipping date?

The Entergy Arkansas Marketplace is not able to adjust the shipping date for your order. Typically, products are shipped within two to five business days after the order is placed.




Can I return my order?

Individual or multiple items can be returned if return requirements are met.


Requirements for return:

  • Returns can be made within 30 days after delivery.
  • For non-defective products, purchasers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
  • If the product is defective, returns and refunds are subject to the Entergy Arkansas Marketplace Return Policy.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If a product received is damaged or defective, Entergy Arkansas’ Marketplace vendor, EFI, will replace the product. You may be asked to return the original product with packaging.


What if my item is on backorder?

On rare occasions, popular products may temporarily be out of stock, but the Entergy Arkansas Marketplace is typically able to restock items quickly. Partial orders may be shipped if items in the order are back-ordered.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery is five to seven business days.


How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $35 (after discounts are applied and before taxes and any applicable fees are added) ship for free. Orders $34.99 or less (after discounts are applied and before taxes and any applicable fees are added) ship for a flat rate of $5.


What forms of payment are accepted on the Entergy Arkansas Marketplace?

Can I pay with a different method such as adding it to my Entergy Arkansas bill or PayPal?

The Entergy Arkansas Marketplace currently accepts credit card, check or money order payments only.


How much am I paying in tax?

Arkansas state sales tax is 6.5%; city or municipal taxes may be applicable and vary by location.


Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

Orders containing discounted products must be sent to the address associated with the Entergy Arkansas account.

Orders containing only non-discounted products can be sent to addresses other than the address associated with the Entergy Arkansas account.

Will Entergy Arkansas install my advanced thermostat?

Entergy Arkansas does not install the advanced thermostat. Please review installation requirements provided by the manufacturer prior to purchase to ensure compatibility.
